- Rebecca Wilde Review added: 2018.10.31★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My friend went to this shop for her gown, although the staff were friendly appointments felt rushed and up selling was the main driver, the list of what they were not going to do far out weighed what they would do. Be prepared to take days off for fittings, as once they have your cash weekends are not available for fittings or pick up - this is for new cash only. The bride felt awful and dreaded every appointment although she was stuck with the dress. Nothing about thIs shop made her feel in any way special and the letter she received was incredibly blunt and rude. This was supposed to be a special time for the bride, instead she was in tears and left with a dress she didn't really want. Any soon to be brides, take your time, shop around and only spend money with a shop that wants you to have a great experience. To add insult to injury they even charge £10 for a dress bag even though well over £1000 had gone I their till. The market is crowded, service will make all the difference.
