- Rita Kane Review added: 2018.08.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I've been going to the ark for over 4 years now as a dedicated strathy customer and this is one of my favourite bars in Glasgow . Unfortunately I am forced to leave a one star review due to the disgusting, rude, and childish way that a staff member approached myself and my friends over using the backdoor exist. I completely understand if customers are not allowed to use the beer garden fire exit to leave/enter the bar but to then be approached in an intimidating manner as if we are children to be told "you won't get served again if you use that door" to then being ignored at the bar by the same staff member. There is a much nicer way to go about telling customers off and this certainly was not it. Checking employees CV for politeness and unnecessary sassy attitudes prior to employment might be a good starting point for future improvement.
