-Charged full price and refused a refund by the owner Fallon.
-They were unavailable to fix the damage resulting it me using other salon.
-they used a inexperienced graduate stylist to do a balayage on the root.
-they denied responsibility of ruining my hair and said that I had agreed on numerous follow ups to achieve a desired effect, I hadn't.
Avoid this hairdresser, as their quality and care doesn't match the price (over £100 for just a balayage). They only seem to care about profits and their online image. They don't care about loyal customers.
Sadly they have removed their rating and reviews from Facebook, so they can't be reviewed.
