I wish I'd read reviews before I went. Took my daughters iPhone 5s here to repair smashed screen. Gent who works there's attitude wasn't great but he fixed phone and I left happy with that. Screen started acting up and touch pad not reacting to finger touch. We put up with it.... but pre teen tantrums regarding fone were driving me insane so I went back to shop. I told him I was there mid October and had nothing but bother since, his response was 'that was two months ago' (even though it was actually a month and a half ) I had been on a two week holiday and extremely busy with work during this time .... not to mention parking is horrendous outside that shop! Anyway his attitude continued to stink and was serving other people and basically ignoring me the entire time. He said he'd have a look but couldn't promise anything.... even though the screen worked perfectly fine even When it was smashed!! I confronted him about being quite rude and he threw the phone at me and told me to leave!! Absolulty disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
