- Aaisha Rehman Review added: 2018.08.13★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Moved to dennistoun area, had to change doctor practice to this one. Horrible & unprofessional, a doctor to STEER CLEAR FROM is Dr Douglas. Misdiagnosed me twice, told me I had eczema when it was Exfoliative keratolysis. Refused to listen to all my symptoms, second time diagnosed me in a rushed "brushing off" manner before I could finish. Never listens to understand, listens to get me out of the way. Treated by her like a problem rather than a human being. Condescending, patronising tone of voice. Dr Aitken is not bad at all, but I am baffled at how Dr Douglas is allowed to sit on a chair and tell people what is supposedly wrong with them. It is a shame, because the reception staff are lovely, cheerful and helpful. But Dr Douglas brings down the reputation of the practice heavily.
