    Ordered 24hr delivery, they lost the package at its first check in, they had the parcel for 2hrs before losing it. First person I spoke to said they had yet to receive from supplier, despite already having a tracking number. He insisted, I believed him and contacted the supplier. Obviously it turned out to be untrue. The parcel was time sensitive so this wasnt great. We arranged should the parcel be found, it should be delivered on Sat/Sun, ignore Friday. They found it but still tried to deliver Friday anyway. Their customer service is a loop system, it doesnt give you the option to speak to someone direct if they have already tried to deliver it. I had to phone my local depot to get it sorted.

    * You can't contact customer service direct if they have tried to deliver your parcel unsuccessfully. You can get through before that quite easy but after that you have the options to rearrange or you can bugger off. The automated loop doesn't give you the option, it's virtually impossible to speak to someone. Somehow you will still be told they are dealing with a larger than normal volume of calls - how are people getting through?

    * This isn't the first time I've lost a parcel at check in with them.

    * They can't follow instruction

    * If you're lucky enough to find a route through to their UK customer service you can be told lies. Despite having a tracking number and my objections the first advisor I spoke to misinformed me. My first alarm was how quick he was to give me the excuse, I asked if he was certain this was the case and he reassured me. Also for some reason he put me through a more rigorous security check than the next person I spoke to. Some real roasters working there (some nice too but doesnt change the incompetence)

    To be fair I've rarely encountered a caring and reliable courier. DPD and DHL are the worst of the bunch though.
