- Lynn Dempsey Review added: 2018.06.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I placed an order for a fire and fire surround on 8 July, arrangements were made for a surveyor to call and check all was in order. At no time did he say there was a problem so I went ahead with a date for the fitters to attend which was today 21 July, however when they arrived I was told my chimney wasn't the right size so they could not fit the fire. I attended at the store to get my deposit back and all the lady could say was 'sorry about that'. Seriously is this how you do business.
If you choose to ignore this review then please do your research first and get a reputable company to survey and install your fire.
I did read the reviews AFTER I placed my order...lesson learned
