They were replaced and refunded by Alan, who also offered to make me another burger if mine was cold while I waited and he gave me a milkshake to try. Absolutely outstanding customer service. Burger was brilliant too, nothing like in most fast food outlets. Good quality and made individually to order. An excellent experience all round, especially Alan's customer service. Highly recommended and I will definitely be back.
