I always enjoyed cheese. But I learned at George Mewes Cheese about the nuances and characteristics of different cheeses. It was much like sampling fine wines. I learned about ways to serve cheese that I had never before encountered. Without overstating it, I can say that my enjoyment of cheese, forever, was enhanced. Also check out the shortbread!
