  PLEASE be VERY VERY careful when dealing with Josh and Carol Hardy and possibly Maureen Atkinson at HAP Letting !!!!
  
  I am a current tenant of HAP Letting (not for much longer, THANK GOD) and it has been an absolute nightmare for the last 8 months.
  It soon became apparent after the 1st month that the noise from the other tenants was HORRENDOUS (party's/door slamming/rubbish out of windows/flat above renting out a bed via airb&b, playing drum's/music at 3am etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc plus purely for a structural issue every single floorboard in the flat above creaks like crazy).
  HAP Letting claim they only just took over the property so they were not aware of any issues with the other residents, YET the Electrician who came to repair the extractor vent knew all about it, as "he was sent out by HAP Letting 7 months prior to take a look at it" WHY WOULD SOMEONE WHO HAS JUST TAKEN OVER A PROPERTY EMPLOY A SPARK 7 MONTHS EARLIER ????
  I informed the Police and the Council about the noise/anti-social behaviour yet HAP's response to me was "feel free to leave anytime".
  
  I BELIEVE THEY, HAP LETTING, KNEW ALL ALONG OF THE CONSTANT ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR (everyone else in the area seems to know) FROM 4 OF THE OTHER RESIDENTS BUT CHOSE TO SAY NOTHING TO ME (this is against the law, landlords/agents must disclose any negative history) basically they conned me into this flat, AND I ALSO FIND OUT THAT THE OWNER OF MY FLAT (M.Atkinson) IS ACTUALLY EMPLOYED BY HAP LETTING (they did not volunteer this information I came across it by chance, another little question mark as to HAP's honesty/truth telling)...So i urge those who are contemplating using HAP Letting to be VERY VERY CAREFUL...PLEASE.
