I go for sun beds a couple of times a week and every time I go into the salon the staff know exactly what bed and lotion I want without having to tell them! They are always so friendly and chatty and make sure you have the best experience.
HOT! is definitely one of the best companies for customer service and their staff always know information about the latest deals and really help you with any questions or queries you might have.
It really is the best customer service I have received! I can’t recommend it enough.
