She automatically knew I wasn’t an experienced sunbed user and did everything she could to help me. She showed me all the different beds that were available and explained their benefits. She also talked me through how lotions help you tan faster and pointed me in the direction of the best one for me. All the staff were really lovely and helpful!
Well done to HOT! for having such well trained staff with excellent customer service skills. I’ll be back next week for another sunbed!
