We are near a building site and a railway line and the problem was getting worse. Derek came out to see me the same afternoon and suggested a service contract would be the best value for my business to protect my building and my employees. The advice was very helpful and the quote very fair so I signed up.
I'm new to all this but the serviceman, Bob, a very helpful fellow arrived the next morning and set everything up and gave me a very impressive looking report binder. He was very prompt when he returned over the next few weeks and kept us all informed that the problem was improving which really helped with my terrified staff.
Most impressed with the care and attention I have received dealing with this issue and have confidence that I will not need to worry when I call and have Bob on site quickly if needed.

Cost - Not budgeted for but very fair
Staff - Very helpful (But Bob has a wild sense of humor)
