- Douglas C Review added: 2018.11.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service. They accept your booking online then send an email saying "you will have to pay before the van is delivered" which is fair enough, however it also says "one of our team will be in touch shortly". After waiting almost 4 hours I phoned to check everything was ok to be told that they were too busy and had no free vans. So I asked why they allowed me to book a van online and was asked "did it not say someone would be in touch shortly?" Online bookings are very handy but only if they actually work. Wouldn't waste your time with this company.
