Found this place still busy and was delighted to find vegan options on the menu! Guy behind the till, Adam, recommended the mac and cheese and I loved it. Really tasty, wouldn't know it was low calorie if you weren't told and a nice chill environment to enjoy too! A great asset to the city.

Prep Fitness Kitchen in Bath Street has a wide choice of affordable, great tasting meals and shakes. The staff are happy to take the time to explain the nutritional content and are enthusiastic and welcoming. A refreshing change! I was served by Adam who was both cheerful and knowledgable. Good customer service, and great tasting, healthy food. What's not to love!

A lifesaver when I travelled to Glasgow for work, finding real health food is usually very difficult when away from home.
Staff were all super friendly and very welcoming. Just wish I could visit here more often, but it’s a bit of a trek from London!
Try the Chicken Satay - you won’t regret it !
