I’ve been to various types yoga classes over the years, but the Friday evening class at Charing Cross led by Kartik Ruhela is a whole different experience. After just a few weeks, I can feel the positive benefits in terms of increased strength, flexibility and balance. It’s such a great way to start the weekend and the level of challenge and energy output is just right. I also find I sleep better after the class due to the mediation and breathing exercises. Any chance we could have another session mid week? Book the class early because it is getting busier by the week.
