- Jack Wilkins Review added: 2018.08.16★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible service was there a couple of years ago for resettlement upon leaving the army when i got there my first instructor spent a total of 8 hours in two weeks with me on the 180 the rest of the time he was in the main office brewing it up this then my next instructor for the 360 granted it's not his fault his dad died and had to leave to tend to things so i had 1 days training on the 360 out of a week the only decent trainer i had knew about my poor training so he gave me extra attention when teaching the dumper which was the only cpcs qual i ended up getting the other 2 were npors and were scrapes because i complained in total i received around 20 hours training on 3 machines in 4 weeks which is a joke noone would take me for the excavators because i wasn't up to standard i complained to Ritchie's and it just fell on deaf ears over £5000 pound wasted and i still struggle for work now because it was the only skill i took from leaving the army and spending all that money absolute joke of a company.
