  Arrived on the Monday and had booked for four days to find there are no parking spaces allocated for guests. There was an alleyway which was more like a dirt track or should i say a rubbish dump and vermin running around and bags of waste over flowing from the bin containers. on many occasions what space you could or should i say get you were blocked in or you resulted in blocking someone else in. The reception area looked pleasant enough but the bedroom was bloody awful,one chair for two guests ,2 small towels no duvet,the water was always cold and the noise was terrible. The dining room was the only part of the building that looked nice and on our first morning i was disappointed to find out that no Scottish breakfast was served, cereal was cheap and the bread like cardboard when i asked where the Scottish breakfast was the waitress just laughed.We had to share a bathroom and reported on at least two occasions the toilet was filthy and decor throughout the rooms etc were of a poor standard. Needless to say we will not be staying here again and how they can rate it as a three star is unbelievable. i know they say you get what you pay for but a homeless shelter would have had a better rating, on a scale of 1-10 it is 0 from us who travelled from Kent
