- Andrea McIntyre Review added: 2018.09.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Popped in on Wednesday after work and asked if my shellac could be soaked off rather than sanded off! You do pay £5 for the luxury after-all. You would have thought I asked for the moon! Gave me a look that would have turned back the tide and stormed away like a huffy teenager. I decided not to stay and explained I would not being staying if too much trouble to honour my request, after all nails are there for a reason and prefer not to have them filed down by a metal rotating grinder, just to save them time. Will never go back, can't be bothered with the attitude and the rude staff anymore. If you feel the same, I urge not to go back until they get the message and improve their attitude towards customers and service.
