- Kaled el-nagar Review added: 2018.08.24★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I booked a room in this house weeks before my arrival, They sent me a message on my phone 1 day before my arrival to tell me that my reservation has been cancelled because a member of the family is ill !?, I tried calling them so many times but they did not answer my call. I was gutted and furious. It was difficult to find another place as there was a conference in glasgow during that week. Luckily I found one after a long search but I am still gutted.
